Phew! What a adrenaline roller coaster over the last 25 hours of Vote tallying as I write this at about 9:15 pm in New York on 11/4/2020
Current status of counting as of writing this article-
The votes are still being counted and no winner has been announced yet. As per many media sources like Fox, AP etc. Biden is currently at 264 and leading in NV with 6 electoral votes. In addition GA & PA, Biden is rapidly closing in and might eventually increase his tally to over 300 (270 required)
With that out of the way, let me get to the reason why I felt compelled to write this article.
Over the span of the last 3 to 4 weeks, I have received somewhere between 100 to 150 comments and private messages – which were highly charged up, abusive, challenging and sometimes threatening me and in general expressing displeasure on my July 2020 prediction on Trump’s loss as seen from his horoscope. Of course I have deleted all of them and not published them on this site
While I understand that emotions can be high and it certainly is a divided nation with deep polarization, I wish to remind readers that this is an astrology website that is free for readers and learners to serve as an educational platform. This is not the correct platform to express your political views and or opinions. If you as a reader have an astrology argument against a published prediction, you are most welcome and I will try my best to discuss those in the comments section in the best interest of all learning students.

Postmortem of the Prediction vs. Actual results as they unfold
Summary of the prediction-
Thus my prediction is that Donald Trump is set to LOSE the general election and his bid to get re-elected in November 2020. It is also a period very negative for his health and he needs to be careful on this.
Since jupiter in transit is not entering Capricorn till November 20th 2020, I feel there is some potential for a delay in result announcement or clarity on the full results (even with the main results known) till November 20th 2020
Actual Results as of now-
- Donald Trump is set to LOSE – Seems to be headed in that direction as of now
- General period around election bad for his health – Trump caught COVID on Oct 2nd and had to be hospitalized
- Even with main results known, we might not have full clarity till Nov 20th, 2020 –
It appears that we might have a declared winner in the next 24 to 48 hrs from now. However with pending recounts and potential litigation, clouds will potentially clear only by Nov 20th or so
For the astrology student, who is curious about how the Jupiter transit plays in and I was able to preduct the confusion after the results, I will disclose the astrological reason here in a few points –
a. Jupiter in the end of Saggi is virgottam in his 5th from lagna, although it is weak because it is heading close (within 8 degrees) to its 0 strength of debilitation at 5 degrees in capricorn. Further as per his lagna degree around 6.5, Jupiter in transit although in the 5th rashi, is already in the 6th bhaav in transit. Thus Jupiter has the very last little support, very weakly, in terms of transit. This is even more important as he is running Jupiter MD.
b. Jupiter is exact 64th navamsa from the main Sun- Rahu yoga which gives him political power and is in the 10th rasi – 11th bhaav of career and gains. The astrology Nugget here – always note the exact 64th navamsa from each planet/ yogas. when heavy planets transit here (jupiter, saturn, rahu or ketu), important changes take place relative to that planet/ yoga(64th navamsa means exact 8th of change/ destruction). Jupiter being a general benefic, might give a slight boost/ protect, saturn, rahu and ketu can be more decisive separators.
Thus from a. and b. above, I was able to conclude astrologically that there is going to be some last few days of confusion before the entire clouds clear with the negative result for Trump. Without being explicit in my prediction, I did logically deduce in my mind that since a potential litigation might exist, it implies that the results will be close and not any kind of landslide.
Again, post 20th Nov 2020, Jup and Saturn both in Capricorn rasi and capricorn navamsa are in the exact 6th bhaav for Trump and fully activating the saturn- venus combo in the 12th house of loss. 6th is litigation, enemies and mental and physical pain. 12th is loss of status and money. Saturn is karaka for career/ job. Venus is lord of 10th (career/ job) and both are in an inmical sign of moon that neither venus nor saturn likes. Moon the depositor is almost exact 6-8 to saturn-venus combo as well.
